Polymer clay is durable & lightweight but should still be handled gently and with care. Store jewelry in a clean dry place and remove when sleeping. Clean pieces with a soft damp cloth and avoid contact with moisture, makeup, hair products and perfume.

✨Wood Care ✨

Any piece of jewellery or decor with wood needs to stay away from moisture as much as possible.

Processing times vary depending on the type of item(s) that are purchased. For ready to ship items, pieces will ship out 5-7 business days after purchase. For custom pieces, my processing time is 4-12 weeks. Pre-ordered items will be  limited-with that being said processing time is 5-11 weeks.

Why are your processing times so long? 

Each made to order item takes me many hours to sculpt and I often have multiple orders to full-fill at one time. I have another job besides Nevermore that takes up a lot of my time. On days that I work I only have an hour or two to work on items when I come home. This limits how much I can juggle at once, it also makes it so I can only go to the post office on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. I appreciate you and your patience! 

I do not accept returns. All of my items are handmade and many of them are made to order! They each take a lot of time to make. If you have an issue with an order please message me and we will find a solution together! 

Most of my earrings are made out of polymer clay which is very durable, however it can break if not taken care of. If a break happens within a year after purchasing I will allow a fix. I will send you a return label so you can send me back the item for repair! 

I currently use a mix of brass and stainless steel in my hardware! All of my products have hardware information on them in their descriptions! 

Stainless steel is a very safe option for sensitive ears, however some people can still have an adverse reaction to it, although it’s rare. I do offer a hardware upgrade to sterling silver! This option can be added to your cart and is listed just like all jewelry listings! Please message me with any questions! 

Almost all of my earrings use fishhooks as their hardware. If you’d like to get lever-backs I also offer this change as well, leverback hardware is made of brass and stainless steel.
